I know turkey day has come and gone but I wanted to post this recipe anyways. Andrew cooked this recipe for the first time 5 years ago and we’ve been hooked ever since (especially me because he does all the work!). I’ve grown up on turkeys being injected with marinade and/or fried so I am used to them being juicy. Well, this oven-roasted turkey is definitely a rival to the fried version.
The recipe is better in video form so I couldn’t add it to the cookbook. Unfortunately, the video is hard to come by but we found this one – only thing is that there is no fast forward or rewind option. I thought I’d add it anyway because it’s just that good.
